  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Ability to pass a company-paid background check and drug screening
  • Schedules: open 7 days a week, weekends and nights included
  • A secure, private work area free from distractions
  • A hardwired internet connection in your work area
  • Basic understanding of financial terms (APR/Card benefits usage etc.)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (Preferably in a call center environment)
  • Trained to handle multiple call types along with differing customer personalities
